Her political and intellectual commitment is closely linked to her biographical story. You are a prominent figure in the history of the European integration process, strongly committed to the realization of a revolutionary project for a free and united Europe, alongside Eugenio Colorni and Altiero Spinelli, you have a central role in the clandestine dissemination of the Manifesto di Ventotene. In the seventies you continued your battle for European unification also through the creation of the Femmes pour l ‘Europe movement.
