Riconoscimento e soggettivazione in relazione sincronica di Dario Alparone
Abstract: this paper focuses on the political implications of psychoanalysis regarding the question of the “legal person without powers”. In a psychoanalytical perspective, the subject is a construction deriving from a conglomerate of social interactions. The juridical dimension of the process of social recognition by institutions coincides with the psychoanalytical model of “alienation-separation” which is intrinsic to the construction of the subject. Thus a person can achieve his autonomy in the synchronicity of the juridical institution and the creation of the subject. Without the social (symbolical) recognition, the subject is excluded from the symbolic order, in which the social link consists, and the outcomes can be exemplified in the figures of depression and criminal deviance.
